Connect the engagement with the people delivering it

Professional services firms need a reliable connection between the team, the engagement and the hours reviewed by managers. LVC WorkOS brings employee records and project work together so operational changes are not lost between a directory and a separate timesheet spreadsheet.

Give engagement work a clear owner

Organise work into projects and tasks with responsibility for the next action. Review the people available for an engagement alongside their existing commitments. When the delivery team changes, update ownership and handoff notes so the next person does not depend on a private conversation to get started.

Review time with the engagement in view

Submitted timesheets connect hours with the employee and work they describe. Agree who reviews them and which reporting period applies. Time approval is not the same as a client accepting an invoice, so keep billing terms and client-specific reporting obligations explicit in the engagement agreement.

Keep people operations consistent

Use shared employee records for onboarding, attendance and leave instead of recreating the team in each workflow. Access follows the user's organisation and role. Before using approved records for payroll or external reporting, have the responsible HR or Finance administrator review the information and the applicable rules.
