Existing users should contact their organisation administrator first for invitations, role assignments and employment-policy questions.
For account and access questions
Ask your organisation administrator about invitations, role assignments and access to records. Never send a password, session token, identity document or bank details through a public channel. If you are locked out, use the sign-in recovery options available to your account or your established administrator contact.
Company names and locations
LVC Solutions lists Dallas, Texas and Palo Alto, California in the United States. LVC Solutions Private Limited lists Hyderabad, India and California, United States. These are city and state locations, not postal or registered-office addresses. Our company website is https://www.lvc-solutions.com. Ask us for the appropriate entity and postal details for a contract or formal notice.
For security and procurement questions
Send a brief description to info@lvc-solutions.com with the subject LVC WorkOS security. Include the affected URL and safe steps to reproduce a suspected issue. Never email passwords, session tokens or real employee records. Ask for data-handling and contractual information before sharing sensitive documents. We have not published a guaranteed response time or a bug bounty programme.
