Payroll

Prepare payroll from connected employee records

Payroll depends on accurate employee information, reviewed time records and the rules that apply to each pay period. LVC WorkOS brings those inputs into the same organisation so payroll administrators can review a run with the context behind the numbers.

Review inputs before a payroll run

Check employee compensation, attendance, leave and any required adjustments before approving payroll. Keep approval responsibilities clear between HR and Finance. The platform's payroll workflow supports preparation and review, but an approved run does not by itself establish that a bank transfer or statutory filing has completed.

Confirm calculations, payments and filings separately

Ask the LVC WorkOS Finance team which calculations, exports and payment integrations are available for your organisation. Do not assume that TDS, Form 16, PF returns, US Form 941, W-2 forms or state filings are included. Tax advice and filing obligations require a separate, explicit agreement.

Keep employer responsibilities explicit

Using payroll software does not transfer the employment relationship to LVC WorkOS. This page does not offer employer-of-record services, legal advice or benefits enrolment. Before a live payroll run, have your employer or payroll adviser confirm the jurisdiction, deductions, deadlines and services covered by your agreement.
