LVC WorkOS

Time and leave

Bring attendance, work hours and leave into one workflow

A clock-in, a project timesheet and a leave request answer different questions. LVC WorkOS keeps them connected to the same employee so managers can review work and HR can apply the organisation's policies without maintaining separate lists of people.

Review attendance with the right context

Employees record attendance while HR and managers review the records available to their roles. Corrections have their own review workflow. An attendance record is not a substitute for a complete timesheet, and teams should agree how working time is recorded before relying on it for reporting.

Keep project time with the work

Timesheets let employees associate their time with the projects and tasks they worked on. Managers can review submissions rather than gathering hours through chat. Establish the reporting period and approval responsibilities so project reporting and payroll preparation use records that have been checked.

Apply your organisation's leave policies

Employees request leave and review balances within the policies configured for their organisation. Country-specific holidays and leave rules need an administrator's review. Connecting approved leave with the employee record helps teams plan availability, but does not remove the employer's responsibility to set lawful policies.
