LVC WorkOS connects employee records, HR, attendance, leave, project work and payroll workflows for India and US teams. We use it in production internally today. Everything currently offered is free, and public release is planned for the future. Paid pricing may be proposed later. No public launch date has been announced.

The platform brings together people records, onboarding, attendance, leave, project work, timesheets and payroll workflows. Each workflow has its own purpose and review responsibilities. Connecting the records helps teams trace an operational decision back to the employee or work it concerns, while access follows the organisation and user role.
Who these workflows are for
Software, IT services and professional services teams can use connected records to coordinate people and delivery. Organisations operating in India and the United States can review country-specific policies within their setup. Employers remain responsible for employment decisions, legal requirements and the services agreed with their payroll or tax advisers.
