Keep client delivery and workforce records connected

IT services teams move between client priorities, project deadlines and internal responsibilities. LVC WorkOS gives managers a shared record of the people doing the work, the projects they contribute to and the time submitted for review within their organisation.

Keep responsibility clear across projects

Associate work with the right project and maintain a clear owner for the next action. When employees contribute to several engagements, review allocation and availability before assigning more work. The project record should explain delivery responsibilities without exposing employee information to people who do not need it.

Review submitted time before reporting it

Project timesheets help teams describe where work happened during a reporting period. Establish who approves those submissions and how corrections are handled. Approved time can support internal review, but billing rules, rates and contractual reporting requirements still need a separate agreement with the client.

Connect HR changes with delivery planning

Onboarding, leave and changes in reporting relationships can affect client delivery. Keep those records current so managers can plan with the information available to their roles. Review payroll inputs with Finance and confirm any external integrations before assuming that a project update changes another system automatically.
